Terms & Conditions – Updated October 2022

TERMLY PLACES & TRIAL CLASSES:

  • Trial classes are offered at selected times of the year only, and subject to availability.
  • Places are extremely limited and secured via our new online booking system 'Class 4 Kids', on a first come first served basis.
  • If you can see a trial offer available for your class, you have the option to book a trial place, or a termly place. 
  • If your desired class is full, please join the waiting list so that we can let you know when a place becomes available.

ENROLMENT & PAYMENT:

  • After your trial class(es) end, the balance for the remainder of term will be due if you wish to continue your place. Your place will be reserved until the end of the day of your last class. If the place is not booked, it will be released for another child to book.
  • Once enrolled you will given priority booking to keep your place, by a set date each term.
  • If there are any unclaimed places after the deadline that has been given, places will become available to the waiting lists and general public.
  • There will be no reduction or refund for any absence, including holidays, sickness, auditions or professional work.
  • In the event that a class cannot be held at the studios as the result of a situation beyond our control (including but not limited to a further lockdown due to Covid-19), it will be replaced online.
  • Fees are non-refundable if a student wishes to leave PopTots before the end of term.
  • Please select your class carefully. Account adjustments including an overpayment, will incur a £15 admin fee per booking to cover the additional admin time and platform fees.

LIABILITY:

  • All staff are fully qualified and DBS checked. However, due to the nature of teaching dance sometimes it is necessary to correct dance positions physically. This is always conducted with the utmost care + professionalism.
  • Parents/Guardians have a responsibility to notify us of any illness or injury that may affect a child’s class.

OTHER:

  • Good behaviour and manners are expected at all times.
  • No jewellery to be worn to class.
  • Absolutely no chewing gum.
  • Uniform is available for all, but is optional for our youngest POP TOTS - the TinyPops!
  • MiniPops we recommend are in uniform, and TopPops must be in uniform. It's great practise to be ready for class.
  • Outdoor shoes are not allowed to be worn in the studios – Dance shoes only.
  • Please leave valuables at home as we WILL NOT be held responsible for any lost items.
  • Please bring a bottle of water to class – No fizzy drinks. Only clear liquids are allowed in the studios.
  • By taking part in classes and ticking the photo consent, you are giving PopTots the right to the use of any photos/videos that may be taken for the website and social media for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in photos please update your child's profile via Class4Kids.
  • We follow the same photo policy as pre-schools and schools in regards to parents/guardians taking the occasional snap for memories. Please be mindful to others around you and focus on your own child only. You must not share anything online of other children without proper consent from their parent/guardian.
  • If a teacher believes that photos and videos are being taken excessively, they reserve the right to ask you to stop immediately.
  • On occasions, PopTots may need to bring in another suitable team member to cover a class.
